“Wait a minute! What are you talking about? Angels have sex? That’s crazy talk. Angel are spirit beings.” Before you condemn me to hell for my apparent blasphemous statement, hear me out and I’ll prove my point.

Let’s really look at this word and what it means. It is simply a Greek word that means “Messenger”. It is a rendition of the Hebrew word “Malak” which means “Messenger”. So, originally, the word did not denote a “spiritual being”. It was simply a messenger of “God”. And these messengers were physical, not spooky apparitions.

See, the biblical text and meaning changed over time. What an “angel” was and did in the Old Testament became altered by the time different authors of the New Testament, who were further removed from the events and beings who wrote the earlier renditions of accounts of “God” and his interaction with his people. You get vastly different interpretations from the Old Testament to the New Testament.

So back to the point. Angels do the horizontal mambo! They knock boots, do the nasty, tickle each other’s fancy, etc. Look at Genesis 2:4:

“These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,”

It is clear what generations means. The root word is “gene” which ties into procreation, giving birth, etc. It says “generations of the heavens…” Is someone having babies in heaven? That means someone is getting pregnant in heaven. And how do pregnancies happen? Exactly!

But wait, there’s more! Look at Genesis chapter 6, verse 4 specifically:

“There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.”

This makes reference the “sons of God”. These beings “came in unto the daughters of men…” and these women gave birth to mighty men. These men were not normal men. They were endowed with the genes of Angels! This made them special.

It is clear from the scriptural stand point, angels have sex. They transfer their genes into other angels or human women to produce offspring. These offspring are either full blooded angels or half man/half angel, making them greater than normal men.  Maybe some of us have the blood of angels in our veins!
